Thank you for placing your trust in us and our products.  We as artisans, will make every effort to get your order fulfilled as quickly as possible.  However if we have a shortage or a soap needs further time to cure, you will be contacted and offer a back order or substitution.  Please know that as small business artisans and herbalists, that everything is handcrafted in small batches and that there could be slight differences in products which makes each item special and unique.  Thank you again for allowing us to be of service to you and supporting small businesses owned and operated by women!  

 Orders ship within 3-5 days of ordering, except for delayed items, in which case you will be notified for possible substitutions or an estimated time of arrival.

Orders ship with tracking number, via USPS.    

Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee. Contact us for an expedited shipping estimate for your order.

We ship worldwide! Most orders ship USPS First Class International, which is more affordable but does not provide tracking information. Transit times vary depending on country, customs, and time of year, but are approximately 2-4 weeks.  A quote for the additional shipping costs will be provided upon request.
